Allergies: our standard vanilla-almond granola contains almonds and is not gluten-free. We keep a gluten-free granola, which is also our nut-free option. Bagels and toast are not gluten-free. Please tell us at the counter and we will talk it through with you.

What size are the bowls and smoothies?

One size — both are 16oz.

Is the açaí dairy-free?

Yes.

Is the granola gluten-free?

Our standard vanilla-almond granola is not. We do keep a gluten-free granola, and because it has no almonds in it, that is also the nut-free option.

Can I change the smoothie base?

Yes — orange juice, apple juice, whole milk, coconut milk, or oat milk.

Are the bagels or bread gluten-free?

No.
